Here are some tunes I’ve written and performed over the years…this one features Laurie Benton, an inspiring and amazing singer. I have recently been reworking various tunes I’ve written over the years and come across a few where she’s also co-written the lyrics. Some good songs were recorded by her and I. I haven’t really heard from her since she got married to a fabulous drummer. I found a video of her on youtube with her band “Running With Scissors”. She still has the chops for sure! Also, this song has been recently recorded once again (2025) and released. In the 6th annual Billboard awards 1994, “And If” won a certificate of achievement, which basically means I didn’t win. But still, it makes me smile.

Urone is a progressive rock band. In the likes of Genesis, Gentle Giant, Premiata Fornoria Marconi etc. This is the first tune on the CD and I am sharing Dougs (my keyboardist) and my hours (bass, guitar, some keyboards) of recording time before he passed suddenly one night with little warning.
